Dr. Ursula Pomeroy-Arthur started training BJJ in 2014 and is passionate about sharing self-defence skills with other women to create a safe and effective toolkit. She believes in empowering women to take back their confidence and feel safe.
Professor Scott McVeigh has nearly 25 years experience as a Jiu-Jitsu teacher and has devoted his life to helping people of all ages learn this self-defence art. He is also President of the Jiu-Jitsu Federation of Scotland, appointed by Rickson Gracie.
